I had a huge and heavy solar battery for pickup but unfortunately a tree had come down across our driveway blocking the truck! Lachlan did not hesitate to bring his pallet jack all the way up our 80m rough gravel driveway and back to complete the pickup. Awesome service mate, thank you!

Always terrible customer service and freight will be damaged- my recent and last shipment was destroyed. staff provide poor customer service and then expect to be paid in full. if people stopped paying for bad service, there would be less shitty companies.
Got a call yesterday saying my parcel is redirected to this depot and I ask when can I come and pick it up. I’m here the next morning drove 200km and they are freaking closed…!
