Terrible customer service and communication, ended up being charged extra storage fees for a lack of communication across multiple parties including Mainfreight and at no fault of my own (who was simply trying to get my personal effects from overseas). Even with evidence they would not waive the storage fees, absolutely no empathy or room for flexibility due to their 'company policies' (read our excuse to charge you regardless of circumstance) about storage - pretty appalling customer service.
