One of the worst warehouses , I have appointments of 5 am it’s 11:00 am didn’t get door , if we Late then they charge you late fees , not truck friendly, guy in check in area rude , they don’t care about your time
The people who I've met have been friendly. They've unloaded me early both times I've been there. Backing in a dock is a little tight,that's why the minus one . But overall a good place
APPOINTMENT TIME:0100 got there a hour early check in the back of the warehouse they take 1 truck at a time that I'm aware of. Load time. Was super fast full truck took 30mins Lumper and fees. This is the one negative I'm sure since it's a small facility and one worker the charge for everything late fee my lumper at this time was 230 easy process just make sure you are ready for lumpers and don't be late. Directions Easy to get to 495 East Take the NY 135 South exit All the way to NY 24 East Follow it all the way should be easy from then If parking is full there’s a Walmart literally 0.5 mile from it u could park at FAST TO UNLOAD AND CAN TAKE U IN WAY EARLY TOO . My apt was 6 Am with 3 pallets, parked on the side of the road and they woke me up by 1:50 Am and give me a door, I was out there by 2:30 am
A+ Everyone here is great. Park on the street walk bills to rec. office very fast unloading times
