I drove my 2006 Mercedes to this location in Windham to have the brakes fixed! And because the car, a second car for me, sat outside in the yard for a few years. Something you should never do. I bought my first car from Maine’s Auto Connection almost 2 years ago. The car has been perfect for me with no problems. Alex made sure I was comfortable with the process, worked hard to get me into the vehicle and worked very well with me. They worked on my brakes, replaced my battery and windshield. We worked with Alex and Nikki, both were super friendly and great to work with. Nikki got all of the paperwork squared away in no time at all. Alex was able to answer all of my questions, had the carfax printed and ready before we arrived, and even pulled the car onto a lift so I could inspect every inch. I have no complaints at all. Great company, great people. I’ll definitely be back for my next car.
