I was very pleased with how welcoming and thorough the staff was. I was also happy that I got into a room with my cat right away, so we didn't run the risk of seeing other animals that might upset my cat. Everyone has been very helpful and responsive following my cat's procedure, and I felt confident that my kitty was in good hands.
The team at Mainely Veterinary Dentistry is AMAZING! We recently had to take our almost 15 year old Dachsund, Sadie, in for extensive surgery; her poor little mouth was really in bad shape with a lot of decay and infection. Of course we were worried about such an extensive surgery at her age, but she came through everything like a little hero! What an amazing experience. My chihuahua mixed rescued Stella is almost 16 yrs old. From the beginning I was completely confident that Stella was going to receive the best care possible. Dr. Keaton and Dr. Pike have an incredible staff. They are knowledgeable, experienced and extremely kind. I can’t thank Dr. Pike and Lauren enough for keeping me informed during the process. I knew Stella was being well taken care of. Stella and I appreciate the excellent service.
Dr. Pike has been amazing! I have a pretty complicated cat (FIV+, FCV, and prescription diet) and from the pre-op to post-op to complications she has been so responsive. She spent extensive time with us pre op answering all our questions and educating us on the procedure. I’ve never had a vet spend that much time with me in person. Then when complications arose after surgery she was able to provide guidance and has been super responsive via phone and email to help.
