I have owned a few tubs over the years and this place offers the best service of any place Ive done business with. No pressure sales and excellent delivery experience.
I'd give more stars if I could! Nick was very helpful, made our selection clear and easy, and worked fast to get our financing in under a deadline for a fantastic deal. The follow-up team was communicative and responsive (Dustin, Austin, & Robert) and answered all my questions. Profoundly Disappointed with Mainely Tubs – Major Letdown on a Premium Purchase I purchased a Relay hot tub from Mainely Tubs expecting the “white glove” service they heavily promote. Unfortunately, the entire experience from delivery onward was a significant disappointment.
