Great experience ! We traveled over an hour to check out hot tubs and so glad we did. Carolina Reyes was so helpful and made our visit outstanding. We ended up purchasing here after looking at 3 other different tubs. Her expertise and knowledge stood out. She took time with us was patient and so helpful . We cannot wait for our tub :)
I just recently discovered this store in Framingham when looking for a new cover for my hot tub. The staff is amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. A special thank you to Nick for all his assistance/time with my water condition. Glad to report that we are now back on track and looking forward to receiving our new cover. I highly recommend Mainely Tubs! We love our salt water tub! The salt monitoring system makes it easy keep the water in the acceptable ranges for pH, alkalinity, and chlorine. The salt water feels great on your skin and it doesn’t have a strong chlorine smell. Everyone we’ve worked with at Mainely Tubs has been extremely helpful and responsive. Shout out to Nick Blin for his excellent customer service!
