Mainely Tubs is really good at selling things, not servicing them. I purchased a TYLO sauna from them in December of 2025. The delivery was late, the installation was rushed and the team that did the install itself were novice at best. The handle on my new sauna was garbage particle board and they drilled it out when they put it in. Second use and the handle of the sauna came off entirely. I recently bought a sauna from Mainely Tubs. The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Matt, the salesman, answered all of my questions and even called me 3 months after delivery to make sure everything was ok. When I did have a minor problem, they sent their technician Prescott to handle fix it. I was up and running in minutes. Even the 2 men who assembled the sauna were a pleasure to deal with. If you're in the market for a sauna or tub, I highly recommend them.
I can't say enough about our fantastic experience with Skip and Mainely Tubs! We love our new hot tub and highly recommend anyone looking for one to give them a call! Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, never pushy, answered every question we had!
