The sales people were great ,very friendly , and personable .the delivery team was top notch. Everyone I had to deal with from start to finish kicked ass ,

Before I explain the 1 star I'd like to say the sales team at this location is awesome they were great and the experience was top notch. Now let's get to the 1 star our tub stopped working it is fully under warranty. They company said there is a 165 dollar fee to hold the appointment to look at it which I assumed would be refunded if the repair is determined to be under warranty. This was not the case even though all of are repairs were covered under warranty they said the $165 fee is for the trip wouldn't driving to the war... read more
I have had a great experience with buying my Hot Tub with them. They did a professional install and when I needed supplies the local store had what I needed. They were great also when I called for service. They are working with me now for a Warranty problem. I have not heard back yet about the replacement but I hadn’t seen any reason to doubt their service..Hopefully they will contact me when they are informed from the manufacturer.
We purchased a hot tub from Matt Kearns in the fall of 2023 and wanted to let you know that he has gone over and above every time we visit the showroom with questions or just to even pick up supplies. We were completely happy with his Customer service and would definitely refer other friends and family to him if they were interested in purchasing a hot tub. Its people like Matt that make it an extremely wonderful experience overall. Thank you Matt :-)
