Recently had a fantastic experience working with Mainely Tubs, and especially Mike Powers from the Danvers, MA store! Mike spent a whole afternoon with me, explaining options, features, and guiding me toward the spa that was right for my family. The ordering process was seamless, the spa arrived ahead of schedule, the delivery guys were prompt and professional, and Mike has continued to answer all of my questions, even weeks later. No matter what I call about , there is always a friendly , and helpful voice at the end of the line. Being on a maintenance plan, we have also had great crews taking care of the tub.
I cannot speak highly enough of Mainely Tubs. This was a new process for us and the folks at Mainely Tubs showed stellar customer service.
