The hot tub and service were perfect. You can tell it’s owned by the employees.
Again, service exceeds expectations. I had a situation with my IQ system, 2 days after they came to my house. Raised the issue and that day, the same technician was in the area and recalibrated my system. I am a DIY person. Not only did the tech fix the problem, but he videoed how he did it in case I needed to do it again. Top notch service. Many thanks.
Recently had a fantastic experience working with Mainely Tubs, and especially Mike Powers from the Danvers, MA store! Mike spent a whole afternoon with me, explaining options, features, and guiding me toward the spa that was right for my family. The ordering process was seamless, the spa arrived ahead of schedule, the delivery guys were prompt and professional, and Mike has continued to answer all of my questions, even weeks later.
