Dr. Markham and her team are fantastic. I drive from Brunswick just for this pediatrics office. The fact that she walks into the room with a smile on her face and is so good with kids, makes the appointment so much easier for both of my children. She even goes as far as to do a “check up” on my daughter’s stuffed animal. And she rubbed my back while my daughter got her shots because she knew my mom heart was hurting in that moment. Never had a problem with this place until I reached an age where I needed prescriptions filled regularly, so it’s fairly good for regular checkups! Avoid going here if you have prescriptions or may need them though, as they are extremely unhelpful and often don’t answer pharmacy calls or refill requests. Also have a lot of billing issues when multiple kids from the same family go! (ex: getting my sisters bills on my account after me turning 18 and being told they would be fixed… and they still have not months later)
The front desk ladies were so nice! I have seen Dr.Emery, Dr.Powers, and Dr. Silco and they have all been extremely nice, understanding, helpful, and ease a Mom’s anxiety when your baby is sick.
