I can relate to J Johnson review. My sister had to work with Melissa Taylor (Bartlett) to get assistance in applying for Medicaid. It was not a good experience. It's really hard for people to ask for help sometimes, and my mother would have really appreciated if Melissa could have been more compassionate and kind. Traveling the area when I took a tumble down the stairs, hurt my ankle. Went to the emergency department here and expected the worst - turned out to be one of the best! The whole process was quick - from admin, to being wheeled back to the rooms to be seen, to the doctors initial consult, and then the x-ray tech, to the doctor’s official diagnosis (just a sprain!), and getting booted up.
