My daughter and I have both worked with staff here at Maine General Orthopedics and really appreciate the care and level of personal experience that it found within this team. Looking forward to head, neck and spine physical therapy treatments when offered. Heather Jurdak
Absolutely disgusted! My grandson was referred to podiatry for an issue with his feet. We waited months for the appointment. Day of we get a call to cancel the appointment. The doctor does not want to see him because he thinks he should see an orthopedic surgeon. Won’t even see him to do the referral or make other recommendations. Just cancelled. Day of! No respect for our time as individuals. Now the clock resets and we wait months for this orthopedic appointment. Hopefully his primary will get the referral In quickly. We w... read more
Dr. Renee Slaney on the podiatry side is honestly the best podiatrist I have ever had. She is so thorough and kind with every appointment I go to. I have never had a problem getting a hold of her staff to schedule or reschedule an appointment. I can't recommend her enough.
You can’t reach anyone to just reschedule an appointment! Not good customer service! I tried to reach the office 3 times by phone! Had to leave voice messages! No one responds to! The staff are nice and efficient when they do see you, so I have to give points for that! I tried to reach out via the “Follow my health” portal, but for some reason I cannot access the Podiatry Group. ?? You folks need to do better!
