Staff is prompt, informative, and kind. They care about your needs and are willing to explain things so they make sense.
We had our baby here, they are so great. Everyone, the doctors, nurses, midwives, even the house keepers are extremely nice, will accommodate anything you need. Always ask if you need or want something during every interaction with them, very thorough and detailed about everything so we can make decisions confidently. Scheduling team is a joke. They will schedule appointments for times that certain departments don’t even work at so then you have to play phone tag with them for three straight days just to find out the time they gave you was never an option and also try to schedule you for appointments without even looking at your chart of what the appointment is for so you could be scheduled for the completely wrong thing so that’s cool.
