Wow what can I've been suffering with small fiber neuropathy almost 11 yrs I called young lady answered very Rude tone I tried tell her my situation but she interrupted and said we have over two yr waiting list then I said I had a neurologist but not that long a wait without even letting me explain there is no pain management for injections anywhere where near me ! She then said you can't be a patient because u already have a doctor Wow what a Rude unempathetic person I hung up beware of Rude treatment

The best physician I have ever had
I have not been happy with this practice for about a year now. Trying to communicate with Dr. Degenhardt after appointments is IMPOSSIBLE. I had a major concern and asked them to have her call me because I was very upset, she never did. At my appointment in April we discussed scheduling my F/U MRI's in July. On 7/15/24 I still had not heard anything so I called and was told by Wendy they don't schedule them until closer to my next appointment. I asked her if she read the notes from my April appointment?
