My grandmother had a stroke and no one here seems to care. Very rude, short answered, and that's just the check in staff... Go some where else if you can!!
Absolutely atrocious every time I have gone. Negligence runs rampant here. They have denied me care, made me choose one of my symptoms only to address and have had zero empathy ever. They have no understanding of patient rights. The conversations the staff have about patients in the hallways is appalling. Pretty sure if I go back they will murder me for funsies and just say they were doing their job. How this ER still exists in the state of horror that it does is baffling. 8 People crowded around check in desk, some sitting on floor waiting to get checked it. Check in clerk LOUDLY saying people's DOB and name for all to hear. Unpleasant Woman in 60s w gray hair, sat e portly bald security man who kept openly sneezing. When I handed Woman my paperwork, she took it just after she Wiped her nose on she shirt, elbow to knuckle. Neither used sanitizer. Gross. Shouldn't be public facing
I had a bad lupus flare and couldn’t get into my rheumatologist at the time and they said they couldn’t help me. I called front desk and tried finding help and she kept shutting me down. Iv gave up and dealing with my own and it’s gotten so bad. This is why I choose northern light
Absolute garbage— will tell you they exist to ‘save lives’ but that’s just self-aggrandizing guilt speech leaking. A family member was having difficulty stopping the bleeding at a wound site… they ordered every test under the sun to fill their pockets and left the sutures for last! Told me their priority is to ‘make sure they don’t die’ knowing it takes literally 5-10 minutes to clean and dress a wound.
