Money hungry hospital. None of their practices treat patients good. Nobody advocates for patients.
Patient advocacy is a joke and the patient care at their facilities is a bigger joke. MGH puts money over their patient care.
Please try to find healthcare anywhere else but MaineGeneral especially when you have a specific concern that requires a specialist. They are money hungry and patient care is not the top priority. I had the worst experience with one of their gynecologist Aimee G. She was rude to me, gaslight me, ignored my pain, and was late to every single appointment. I just come to the hospital, me and My daughter to see my wife and this woman is in a front desk she’s giving us attitude for no reason and she called the security she asked me what’s her name? Your wife, I gave her her name she said no I need the last name. After that and she give me attitude, I think she’s sick she’s not qualified. She’s been working in the front desk totally crazy. I asked the security about her name and last name they told me no just call and may complain and they know who she is.
This is by far the worst emergency room around. You will wait HOURS to be seen. The last time I was there, after 3 hours in the waiting room I gave up and left. The time before that my son was sent over for some issues he was having post-op. Mainly his Doctor just wanted him to get some IV liquids. We were there 7 hours and treated so poorly during that time. This hospital is an absolute joke.
