Maine general emergency room discriminates against mental health. They trespassed me from their facility because I had a panic attack after they discharged my daughter in psychosis on the street.
Went there once in an extreme pain from a gallbladder attack and waited in the waiting room for 4 hours for a shot that relieved the pain in 15 minutes, then spent another 3 hours in the actual emergency room...just for ultrasound results. Went again more recently with my mother who had fallen at home, and she was there for over 7 hours with no head injury or broken bones. This place is completely unacceptable. They clearly have no respect for anybody's time whatsoever. They think people can just go sit in an emergency room ... read more
they released my undiagnosed possibly schizophrenic father and did nothing for him. had 6 family members call and explain concerned before his release and no one seemed to care.
