Their ability to find a referral from a primary doctor, and then schedule a procedure, is hopeless. My primary got the referral out the door to them in a day, then they screwed around for over a month, despite my repeated phone calls to them. Arrrgh... I finally got the colonoscopy scheduled, but then more problems, like getting the pharmacy order for the prep materials. More multiple phone calls. My one-star rating stands.
My wife has had an awful experience here. She was diagnosed with gastroparesis last year. She hasn't been able to eat or drink. They do not care. They just pawn her off onto the E.R. or tell her to follow up with her Pcp. She is not doing well at all. They do no follow ups and leave you to suffer. Do not get your g.i. care from this office. Do not!!!
