Worst place there is in maine they will drop you and not let you even know about it.
Hold times are atrocious. I had to be transferred four times with five minute hold times each, then have to leave a message with a nurse for a call back, just to schedule an appointment? It’s no wonder they are so booked and scheduling appointments months away… they spend all of their times Keeping people on hold and scheduling appointments!
Dr. Charpentier and his team were the best!! I had a colonoscopy done. The sweet nurses were so nice! The whole team made me feel at ease. This was my first time. I went off to sleep and didn’t feel a thing. Thanks again for making me feel safe. I was so uneasy because I didn’t know what to expect. I appreciate all that was done for me.
