Had a EGD performed Floating nurse was very rude and scolding me for rinsing my mouth since 6am and procedure was not until 1130. Stated Anesthesia we would probably not perform the endoscopy,I have them a couple times a year at the military base as I have had cancer on my vocal chord. Follow up appointment of more than 6 months when it should be 3. Lack of staff
If you’re sick and need to see a doctor, you could be waiting years, you could die waiting!
Worst place there is in maine they will drop you and not let you even know about it.
Hold times are atrocious. I had to be transferred four times with five minute hold times each, then have to leave a message with a nurse for a call back, just to schedule an appointment? It’s no wonder they are so booked and scheduling appointments months away… they spend all of their times Keeping people on hold and scheduling appointments!
