The website hours are not correct. The Winthrop Express Care is NOT open on the weekends--even though the site says it opens at 8am both days. It wasn't a fun experience when I was so sick and got up to their 3rd floor to find it dark and a closed sign posted on the door. Please update your website and save others the inconvenience. I called the Express Care line to confirm that other places (like Augusta ) are open. I told the representative that the website isn't updated-- she replied, "Oh, yes." ??? Should not be considered an urgent care center. It is not open on weekends when urgent care is most needed.
Uncaring rude provider
Do NOT go here. Carelessly misdiagnosed serious respiratory condition child after making both of us uncomfortable through base disrespect and lack of professionalism or manners (ie no name introductions even after I introduce us to new person). They made patient extremely uncomfortable and non compliant. No tests run sent home in less than hour.
