I received excellent care and support during my recent visit. Everyone was quick to help, incredibly welcoming & knowledgeable. My questions were encouraged and I’d recommend this location, from check in to check out.
Care is generally adequate and usually sympathetic. Unfortunately, at a recent visit, the provider said he was unable to treat me. MaineGeneral billed me for it anyway. So just to warn others, you will be billed whether or not they can treat your condition, and I don't feel comfortable rating a company with that kind of policy any higher than 2 stars.
