My son has had swollen tonsils for 8 months straight. After 5 months he finally got in for a sleep test with them which was in December. He was supposed to have a follow up in January. My husband called to reschedule, but they refused to until they got ahold of me even though my husband is on his paperwork and listed as his father. I scheduled an appointment for my son and was told it was at 8:00 a.m. The day before, I received a reminder call saying it was at 9:30 a.m. When I called to ask why the appointment was changed without notifying me, the woman I spoke with said she didn’t know and there was nothing she could do. She offered to reschedule, but the next available appointment was several weeks out. It also took nearly 30 minutes of the phone ringing before anyone even answered. After showing up at my scheduled appointment I was told "Your appt. was yesterday, come back another day." I'm handicapped and this was a 3 hour round trip that is very difficult for me to return because of their mistake/lie. When I scheduled I requested 2 simple ,yet meaningful tests, each taking literally a minute to do. Both approved by my insurance that NEED a doctors approval to get. The doctor I last saw here was completely rude when I took my son in and talked down on me like I am dumb! Also told me they sent it a referral supposed to get a call within a week been a month still haven’t heard anything
WORST EVER!!!! 4 Visits 3 different providers!! First visit I am told I have throat cancer. Next visit after a CT Scan I am told by Dr. Macura maybe Cancer ma bey Not!! He was in a hurry and we wouldn't know anything till after a biopsy. Dr. Macura performed the Biopsy which went well. They scheduled a follow up appointment with a different doctor who did not have my results yet!! No big deal as I was only waiting to find out whether I had Cancer or not!!! This is UNSATISFACTORY!!
