the older front desk lady is extremely rude. everyone else there, the younger girl at the window, office personnel, nurses, and drs are all amazing, but the old lady who sits in the little front office area and handles making appointments in person has such a nasty attitude all the time. i have never once had or seen anyone have a pleasant experience with her. always nasty, condescending, rude, and insufferable to deal with.
Dr. Dyer and staff were phenomenal. He took the time to answer all of my questions and consider my individual case and my needs. I was treated with the utmost respect and care, and Dr. Dyer is working hard to give me answers and solutions. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! So thankful to have found this practice.
I have been getting allergy shots now for two years now. My experience has been tantalizing. I have tried to give them a chance repeatedly after my original shot provider Reagan left the establishment due to the staff treating her extremely poorly because she liked me and looked out for my well being, in turn the other members of the staff and dr Fabian made her life hell , which she told me, causing Raegan to switch jobs because they were so harsh and rude to her for sticking up for me. I was sent to this practice to have allergy testing it was never done appointment lasted 10 minutes if I’m lucky. Don’t recommend
