My husband Richard Lapointe and my self are very happy with our windows and customer service from Bill. We had a little hick-up but Bill rectified it immediately. He ordered half screens instead of full screens requested on our invoice. They installed per date I requested on quote and installed by our required date. We did not pay a $1,000 till our full screens came in. Once Bill installed the full screen we paid in full. I totally recommend this company.
