Great bikes, great staff, for a great ride at a great place. Staff were very helpful with setting up bikes, providing directions, working amidst different weather conditions, etc., and all went smoothly. Bike equipment was great and worked well for all our party throughout, so would definitely use them again and recommend to others.
We rented e-bikes and spent the whole day riding the carriage streets. The service, the bike quality and the experience in total was amazing! Would highly recommend visiting this shop next time you're in Bar Harbor!
Every aspect of this was excellent. To us, best way to see interior of Acadia. Avoids the cars, and parking in the park by using extensive well maintained packed gravel carriage paths. I forgot to add Zach and Brad eye very helpful!
We had an unfortunately rainy day for our ride through Acadia National Park. Fortunately though, the bikes and (most importantly) the big fat tires handled exceptionally well in the wet conditions! Also the staff were kind enough to provide free ponchos & leather bike carriers for our personal items. All in all a great rental experience.
EBikes were the most robust we saw on the trails. Provided lots of free extras like backpacks, water, gloves, hand warmers,etc. Shout out to Iz for exceptional service and the interesting puffin facts!
