The work was completed with the quality that we were expecting. Our installation took several weeks to complete in part because they needed to run to get some items and then could not get back to our site quickly. I attribute this to inadequate planning. Ultimately we are pleased with the solar system. The workers were very friendly and listened to our questions and concerns. The site was cleaned up after they were done .

We were mislead to the point of feeling lied to about how the solar tax credits work. We were told we would receive the tax credits and be able to apply that money to the loan and get the payments down to where we needed them to be. They showed us a chart of loan payments with the tax credit amount removed to calculate the payments. You do NOT get the solar credits back as a cash value. Those credits are only useable if you owe taxes at the end of the year. You could conceivably never be able to use them if you never owe tax... read more

My experience with staff , process and installation with Maine Solar Solutions was quite positive. Installation was 2 months ahead of schedule and technicians worked in the snow, wind and rain to get the job done. Would recommend without reservation.

Maine Solar Solutions installed an array with a Tesla powerwall 3 at my home. I am so pleased with new system's performance and the company could not have made the process any more easy.
