What a remarkable experience! Falyn, at the front desk, is as warm, professional, and helpful as I've ever found in a service establishment :-) The facility is incredibly clean and efficient, and the stress level here is SO LOW!!‼️ We used to take our slightly anxious Husky to PetSmart, where we first met Danielle several years ago. I loved Arianna who groomed my 11 year old Husky Mix (Luna). She made time for us as our previous groomer was not good. I am grateful for Arianna’s patience and attitude throughout the whole process. February 2025 I am so disturbed by the Maine Soggy Dog owner. I was not able to go to a appt during bad weather (snow and sleet) so they charged me $75 for it!
