I had a grooming appointment and needed to reschedule. My 16yr old dog was sick that day and needed to be seen by the vet. Soggy dog took the 40.00 for a service that was never completed and I was told I could not reschedule. First and last experience at this place . Terrible customer service.
Great job by the groomer/stylist! I mean, she looks a little ridiculous with the bows BUT the cut was perfect!! (And the bows are removable)
