This place has a real attitude problem. The have an overly complex booking procedure online that let's you enter all your and your pets personal information, then tells you the are no available appointments for months. When I contacted them to let them know this was a happening, I got a very rude phone call from someone named Matt. He questioned my ability to read and it devolved from there. It's not really that surprising, a lot of Falmouth Center business have this snobby attitude. You can add these guys to the list.
Unprofessional business practices often extend into their work. I’d avoid this place.
I loved Arianna who groomed my 11 year old Husky Mix (Luna). She made time for us as our previous groomer was not good. I am grateful for Arianna’s patience and attitude throughout the whole process. My pup is sweet but she will complain non-stop during grooming so patience is the key. I have already made my next appointment. Thank you so much. Just brought our pup to Maine Soggy Dogs for a self service wash. It was fabulous, towels, shampoo, and even waterproof aprons. They’ve mastered the art of freshening up your pooch in between grooming sessions. Low cost and I was able to leave the mess there and walk away!! (That last part is worth a thousand stars if you ask me.)
