I bring my Jack here all the time for nail trims and grooming. My pup is very timid and they never blink twice at helping me ease her into the grooming area. They also tailor the trim/hair cut to specific breed, so something I actually learned from them is my jack Russell terrier's ideal "trim" is actually "plucking" the fur which doesn't hurt her as long as you do it correct! They also have self serve where you can bath your pup and blow dry your pup yourself!
Love MSD! Been taking my dog since he was a puppy, almost 10 years! No one does it better. FOH staff is always friendly, welcoming, and confident- they omit the type of responsible energy you want when handing your dog off to someone. Groomers are the best in the business- true dog lovers and consummate professionals. My dog, who is sometimes shy and scared of going into businesses, is always excited to run back and see all the nice groomers!! Thanks MSD!!
