I set up a appt to see Dr. Kyra Chadborne for an initial visit as a new patient. I was greeted kindly at reception. I was called to the dentist chair by young woman, she provided her first name. Her exam was thorough. She was polite, however, asking personal questions. No name tag. I finally asked “Oh, are you Dr. Kyra?” She said no, “Dr. Kyra isn’t in the office today.” I was shocked. My husband went to Maine Sleep Dentistry for sleep apnea. Mouth guards were recommended and made for him. They fit so tightly that it was incredibly difficult to place and remove them, with pain for several hours each day after removing. He had two follow up visits regarding this and was told there was no issue with the fit of the mouth guards. I found Falmouth Dentistry to be very professional practice that is easily forthcoming with information about one's condition. I met with their Sleep Coordinator, a very learned, astute, and friendly person who walked me through the entire process of fitting a mandibular advancement device in a comforting way. I'm looking forward to our continued relationship.
