I really tried to be open minded about my experiences here. However, the few times I have come in have been so disappointing. The extra star is solely the cleanliness from the office. However, I cannot emphasize enough how much the majority of people in this office need a lesson on patient rapport and on delivering good customer service. The Dr. Cote and the Standish Maine Optometry staff at my recent eye exam were all very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Mia and Erica were especially helpful (and patient!) in helping me pick out new glasses after my exam.
Dr Hamilton is very professional and thoroughly listened to my concerns. I really appreciated the time he spent with me to address how my vision and balance are interrelated. The rest of the staff were also very helpful and supportive.
