I have been reporting my falls due to pain for over 6 months . This includes some serious ones where I lost pints of blood and required being seen at the hospital. Only recently did anyone care enough to even talk about it. In addition the first time I requested a refill on a non narcotic medication that I had been on for years, I received a note where the doctor wrote Denied. The note also said it wasn't due to be refilled until the next day. Most places require a couple days notices. Patients shouldn't have to go through t... read more

This facility is really hard to talk to.The receptionist really feels like she will inherit the company or the facility.

I have read several of the reviews previously posted... but, I just need to make it known that Dr.Lucy Amory, Jennifer Deanne FNP and Dr. Genevieve Whiting are all amazing. There may be scheduling issues- which is not the Drs fault, they may not always have appts the same day...but quite honestly...most offices don't or it happens rarely- if you're the first caller of the day and someone canceled overnight. Dr's are slammed with illness since Covid and its only getting worse this time of year. On the plus side if you want an... read more
