The front desk staff is horrible! Especially Jerry. He is rude, unprofessional and argumentative. He will yell your personal information out loud. When you ask him to stop, he will yell even louder. He will ask you to repeat the same answers that you’ve already answered online. Overall, my provider is great. He is ONLY reason why I’m still staying at this practice after my previous pcp left because he listened to me on my concerns unlike other providers there. Unfortunately after taking 3 of my children here, for our first experience in Maine with a primary care doctor, we were asked publicly in the lobby to wait in the car in front of 3 other waiting families. With my children being unvaccinated, these doctors seemed to make it evident that they will NOT care for any age of child for any symptoms when they haven't been vaccinated. This is the worst service I received ever. They have been dishonest and disrespectful to their patients, Especially Dr. Salembier office. This experience makes my family and I feel very frustrated and unsafe. I am so tired of being mistreated and being part of this facility.
