The team has always been helpful and reachable when I need something. I moved here 2 yrs ago and couldn't find a PCP. They took me on when no one else would.
My family and I go here because it is in close proximity to where we live. They have accepted more patients than they can care for and it is what you would expect. They don’t have time to see patients. My experience had been that when someone gets sick they will basically tell you to wait months for an appointment or go to a walk in clinic every time. I gave an extra star because the doctors there are good if you ever manage to meet one.
This place always has a waitlist, cancels appointments on a regular basis. Good luck trying to get an appointment for anything. I do not recommend this place.
One PA(physician asst),seen 3 times. Needing help I wished simply to build trust as that is or at Very Least THAT WAS Only road to get to root of diagnosing then treating 3 Visits with Jenna at which time She omitted THE COMPLETE history which lead to me to them in hopes getting proper care.
