I recently became a patient of Doctor McDonald. I found her to be kind, informative and empathetic. She took the time to explain the procedure I was to undergo and I never felt rushed. My surgery went very well and my experience with Doctor McDonald and her team was very good. I have no complaints they were wonderful and very professional. Thank you everyone at Maine Urogynecology !!
I have an interstem device that helps with the function of my bladder and bowels. I needed to have both the battery and device replaced. My previous surgeon here retired (whom I loved) and I was placed with Dr. McDonald. I immediately felt seen and heard. Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the doctors are wonderful. I would definitely recommend and give 10 stars if I could.
Firstly I would give 10 stars if that were an option. I’ve saw Dr. Ogorek a few years ago and then again today, every time I leave feeling optimistic and heard! Which is vital when dealing with chronic illness. His bedside manner alone is tremendous and unlike any other experience I’ve had within the medical field. Best group of physicians I've found during my lifetime, especially Dr. Brandes. The support staff and all nurses are very professional and kind. Dr. Brandes is a great surgeon, but also a high level communicator. Everyone there is best of the best in my opinion.
