Every single time I call this facility for help with test results I get rude, aggravated nursing staff who lack customer service skills and who rarely reach out with information like they've promised to with a return call but even when getting information on the results I get feedback like "results look good". No data analysis, no speaking to the results, just the fastest means of getting me off the line. This place is a joke but given their a monopoly whay choice do you have?
Terrible customer service. I saw Laura Pittenger once a year for check ups. After three years, I left a message that I had a couple questions. This is the only time I requested a PA or a Dr to call me. Laura Pittemger refused to call me back. She did not respond regarding, or even look my test results. After calling several times, she had a nurse call me back. I went to Dr. Bose for a second opinion because I was in a car accident and dislocated my clavicle and then started going to physical therapy where they had a physical therapy pool and picked up a UTI! The doctors at martins point denied me antibiotics because I tested negative, I ended up bedridden for months literally months. It ended up spreading to my kidneys, and I ended up in the emergency room again and the doctor there treated me with some antibiotics which helped. I’m 60 years old.
