Ellie was a friendly nurse, check in staff were rude, and Dr. Markus was even worse. No hello nice to meet you when he walked in just gave me a funny look. Looks like he let himself go because he didn’t even look like his picture on the MaineHealth website. Unkept appearance, looks like he’s been through a war.
