Been with them for a couple years, upon moving back to Maine. The doctor I had was pretty good, just having to deal with RN's who think they are doctors. (not APRN, but just RN) RN's don't forward requests to your doctor, they just make decisions on their own and claim that the doctor backs their decisions. then claims the doctors not in the office. I have the internet, and there are enough urgent care facilities, etc. around. if you're reading this, you have the internet too. you're better off just looking up on those ... read more
WORST OFFICE EVER… This office is beyond frustrating!! My family and I have been with them for over 8 years and after their pediatrician retired about 4 years ago it has been an EPIC downfall of horrible experiences since. I was given a medication that gave me lockjaw and then repeatedly given medications in the same classification and after advocating for myself endless times and trying to be heard they realized it was the medicine which never even helped me with the issue I was having but then changed my whole health for... read more
Receptionists are rude ableist and hate their jobs. If they re not yelling at you they r yelling at each other. A place that cant hire professional staff I cant trust with my CHILDREN's meds and appointments. Expect an email, Im moving out of your business
