Exceptional care and attention to patients and their families.
No returned calls ever. Never a follow up to see if the antibiotics prescribed worked. I have dealing with a uti for 10 years. Same thing every time ecoli they make do a pee test every time it never changes but yet I forced to go back again and again. I can’t get anyone on the phone that can help. The Dr in charge I have way to email him or call. I have had many successful surgeries with Maine Health. Cardiology and orthopedics nothing but praise!! Urology needs help
Excellent care, no complaints whatsoever
Every single time I call this facility for help with test results I get rude, aggravated nursing staff who lack customer service skills and who rarely reach out with information like they've promised to with a return call but even when getting information on the results I get feedback like "results look good". No data analysis, no speaking to the results, just the fastest means of getting me off the line. This place is a joke but given their a monopoly whay choice do you have?
