Very disorganized organization I have Watch my a1c go from 9.6 all the way to 11.6 I’ve been fighting to be put on a pump as well as fight to get the right medical advice and none of which has been giving they lack support everywhere and have on calls who couldn’t provide me with proper advice in a potential medical emergency all that was said was “just trust what we have going for you” doing that ended me up in DKA. Hopefully things change with maine medical partners! Sad to have this type of treatment.

It has been refreshing interfacing with Dr. Farahmand and his associates, they are both professional and personable. Highly recommended.

At an absolute loss here. My actual Endo as an individual is very pleasant and well informed, but the disorganization of this facility as a whole overtakes anything positive. I was told a maternal fetal medicine specialist would reach out to me (currently pregnant), good thing I called THEM because they'd have been waiting on a referral from my PCP for a while. Worst Scheduling Had a 10:40 appointment showed up at 10:40 .between waiting in two lines for 14 minutesTo sign in.Then had me stand( no chairs)Available in the waiting room for 5 to 10 minutes To come out and tell me I needed to reschedule appointment Because I was late??!! was not late.if they need 15 20 minutes to sign you in they should include in your appointment time.appointment was 10:40 time that I arrived 10:40. Lack of help should not have to reschedule. My time is valuable too
