The best eye care experience I've had. I called the office with many questions. The teammate I spoke with was patient and courteous. My visit was great. Really enjoyed meeting Dr. T. She's an excellent t listener! I was seen on time and out the door quickly.
Ive been going to Dr. Gagnon for years because he's good at what he does, he's personable which makes me comfortable with him and he makes sure I only get what I need done, & not take others' advice for procedures not necessary. Office staff friendly & well organized. Communications and reminders by text work great. Office hours are very accommodating for people's schedules. Highly recommend.
Beautiful customer service from the ladies at the front, very informative and the eye Doctor, T, I called her, very warm and patient, I honestly didn't want to leave, the ambience and care was very! Welcoming, which i live here, they would definitely be my eye care for all year round, but im from Jamaica but for sure, I highly recommend,,proper eyes examined and very informative in give details about my eyes.
Hi. Dr. Gagnon and his staff are great. They treat you with respect and are friendly. Dr. Gagnon is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients and eye health.
