Very friendly and kind staff. I've always hated going to the eye doctor, but everyone helped me feel at ease and made my visit a great experience!
I was given an estimate by phone, in person and informed my health insurance covered exam at 60.00 copay. I paid after my routine exam. My insurance in United Health care. I received a bill in the mail over 100.00. They are not getting this money they demand, disputed.
Dr Gagnon is a very likable doctor. He listens and is very patient during the exam. I always look forward for my annual eye exam.
He made sure I got in right away and then referred me out to get my cataract zap.
I’ve been a Pt of Dr. G for many years. He’s excellent. Always, exceptional care!
