I'm finally writing a review since I just saw the 1 star left. I have been going here for about 10 years- I have MS so I need brain and spine MRIs yearly. They work hard to keep everyone on time. The front desk is efficient, although may not be chatty or overly friendly. However, the MRI technicians and medical staff are very nice and work to make you comfortable. I called to ask if they do a specific type of diagnostic test. The woman who answered the phone said she didn't know, which is fine, but she was kinda rude about it then hung up on me as I was trying to ask a follow-up question. Not the level of professionalism I normally experience with Mainline Health.
