I have been with this company for 14 or 15 Years. I have always found them to be extremely helpful and professional.
Not a fan, still there though, creature of habit I suppose. However they certainly are not customer friendly. Won't be staying much longer.
I have been a customer for 10 years. I have always received the best customer service. Jane is awesome. She always makes shopping for insurance seem easy and explains everything in a way that is understandable to the insurance illiterate.
