These guys are crooks. They took our generators for service 8 months ago. Filing a police report with the county sheriffs office. It will be felony theft.
This company has had my generator for close to 4 months now. I have tied calling, leaving notes at the property and have not heard anything from the owner. I will now be forced into legal action to get my property returned. It's a real shame because this guy was highly recommended.
We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Refuses to return calls or follow through with providing what we paid for. STAY AWAY!
These guys are great - professional, skilled, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, friendly and polite. They show up when they commit to, work quickly and efficiently, and leave the place clean.
