I waited a while to post this review so I could accurately describe the process. Hypnotherapy is by far the best therapy I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. I think it’s so important to try therapies if you have issues going on in your life if you want to. I’ve tried talk therapy before and cognitive behavioral therapy. Pamala helped me stop smoking. I have been smoking for years and I have never been able to quit. I finally can say I am no longer a smoker. Thank you so much!
I highly recommend Pamala. She was kind and considerate and listened to everything I had to say and what my goals were for hypnosis. I wasn’t sure about this whole hypnosis thing at first, but I haven’t had a single setback and it’s been months.
Pamala was able to help me with multiple issues including pain management, stress, and helping me stop smoking, which I have done most of my adult life. After our session, it literally made me sick thinking about smoking a cigarette. It was amazing! I've gone back multiple times and she helps me every time. Thank you Pamala!
