Woke up to a flooded basement, no hot water or heat. Figured we would have to wait until Monday for service......But nope!! Don came out late Saturday evening, and not only fixed our furnace, but as well took the time to help us pump out the remaining water in there....AND teach us how to use our sump pumps (we are from CA...haha)! Don even called us throughout the day prior to coming by to see how we were doing with pumping out the water. What a super genuinely kind man he is!!! Don came out at 9:00pm on a Saturday when our basement flooded. We were pumping it out all day and he called us a couple times just to make sure we needed hot water that night, showed up took his time and fixed it for us. Super nice guy and has great prices. I highly recommend this company.
I love this place! Don, The owner, Really cares about his business and has competitive prices. He has gone out of his way to get my furnace running, even on a weekend day. I hate to see anybody have to work on the weekend but my furnace did not choose a convenient time to die. Don was right there to get it running for me at a very very fair price!
