I ordered propane, knowing that delivery is every other Tuesday in my town. I was out, and explained it wasn't a big deal, I expected a 2 week wait. We use propane for our auxiliary heat, a Jotul gas stove . The clerk checked and the truck was nearby and stopped by to deliver the same day! Amazing service!

Maine Energy delivers great service consistently at a great price. Can't ask for much more than that! As to the "half an hour late" review, I'm sure if they found something extra that needed to be serviced when they were working on his heating system, he would appreciate them staying and fixing it. Half an hour is well within the "margin of error" for service appointments.

Whenever I have an appointment for a fernise cleaning or any type of service work they are generally half an hour or more late past what time they say they would be there. It wouldn't be a huge deal if I didn't have to leave work and they were on time, but if I have to wait around for them that's time I could be at work that I'm just sitting around.
