wish we could of had the adventure but our tour was cancelled 24 hours before. we were told we would get a full refund. called many times, only get voicemail with no return calls or return of our money. had to go through our cc company. what a hassle. also was told by people in portland that this operation is always canceling.

We booked a tour for late Sept, and it was canceled less than 48 hrs prior due to an apparent maintenance issue. We were given a 25% coupon code, so we booked another tour for the following weekend (although the code only gave us 20% off). That tour was also canceled less than 48 hrs prior, this time because of a staffing issue. There were no more days to book, even though we probably would not have tried for a third time. They don't seem to respond to emails, nor do they pick up or return calls.

I would give it more stars but I feel ripped off. The company first called and asked to reschedule our cruise for later time cause they had to train the new employee. They told us we would get 20% off for switching our time. Then, the cruise broke down coming out of the water and we had to wait an hour for a bus to come get us. They said they would give us 50% off and coupons. None of these things happened. I called and emailed twice with no response.

Great tour and a fun staff. It would make it more fun if you gave out quackers to sound off at various points on the tour.
