Love my apartment and the complex I live in. Have lived in two different complexes of theirs, one low income and on conventional, over the past 6 years, and I have no complaints about how I've been treated throughout that timeframe as an applicant or a tenant.
Have lived with this company for a few years now. My first ever apartment, and haven’t had any issues with anyone or the way I’ve been treated. Any requests I’ve put in are done in a timely manner, and have been very understanding and helpful when I need it.
Very happy at woodland Manor have lived here cents 2010 and now it is 2025 and still love it
The property manager -I believe her name is Amy york , was extremely unprofessional, discriminated against me for being disabled and then yelled , attempted to speak over , and finally hung up on me . I have already emailed them and told them I will be considering legal action
dont rent from these people save your money and go somewhere eles take my advise these people SUCK Brian kelly are bullies they dont care about the tenets nasty corperation if you ask me unprofessional group of people. Never answer phones or emails. Make up policies that don't exist to screw you over.
