I am waiting for lots of repairs in my apartment. My rental experience with MDA is a lot about watching my apartment deconstruct slowly over the twelve years I've lived here. The paint is literally chipping off the walls. My freezer broke in June. Lost all my food. Went without a freezer for almost three months. On Friday someone showed up to fix it. A major fail. Worst place I ever delt with they only care about money they pick and choose who they want to favor and it's mostly the people that bring in way over the cap on top of letting them bully other tenants and run the building the management also talks to the ones they favor about all the other tenants personal stuff it's like high school besides the fact u can't get away from it cuz you live there

Totally unprofessional management group. They manage way to many properties, and monopolize the elderly/disabled rental units in Maine. They treat low income applicants like trash, although, they themselves benefit greatly from government monies. Total bunch of hypocrites. Stay away from them.
