I love this veterinary hospital. I always get an accurate diagnosis for my cats and the staff never makes me feel rushed. They spend a lot of time taking care of my cats which pleases me because they are my kids. Diane A
To be avoided at all costs, unless you do not mind be charged for unnecessary and un-asked for procedures. Way too expensive. Go somewhere nearby like the Ellsworth small animal clinic. I took my cat in to get a few quills removed from his nose and without asking they performed numerous tests, changing what would have been a $50 procedure to $160. I am grateful that they removed the quills but am very displeased with their entitlement and dishonest practices.
We brought our 10 year old bullmastiff to be put to sleep at MCVH, Dr. Plohr and his staff were compassionate and wonderful during this difficult time.
Absolutely the finest veterinary hospital in the area. I would strongly recommend this facility to everyone who loves their pets and wishes to provide the very best of care and grooming for them. Dr. Plohr is outstanding in his thoroughness, kindness and gentle nature when examining our dog. He is a true professional and animal lover.
