Disappointing care and unprofessional termination. I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Dr. Imam. While the office staff and Dr. Khan were always wonderful, kind, and personable, my interactions with Dr. Imam were the exact opposite. I found him to be rushed, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to my concerns or answer my questions. I live 2.5 hours away from this dental office, but it was recommended to me by a chiropractor in Portland and a doctor in Bangor. I went for my first appointment and was very impressed by the whole staff that I interacted with. The dental hygienist, office manager and dentist were all amazing and knowledgeable. There are not enough kind words to describe the team that works here. Their knowledge and care are superb. We travel over an hour to get here and consider ourselves fortunate to receive care by them.
