My wife and I bought a hot tub a few years ago, and we have been very very satisfied. The hot tub is fabulous and the service is responsive. I totally recommend this company and their hot tubs!!!
I feel so fortunate to have made my way to Maine Cedar. Our 5'x3' hot tub is amazing and creates a fabulous sensory experience - like floating in an aromatic wooden boat. There is something incredibly grounding about the feel of the wood while soaking. The smell of the cedar, the clear clean water... just Wow. The double wall version provides a nice place for a drink, as well as one's butt when exiting/entering tub (we're older). I called to order a tub and asked when it could be delivered. Guy on the phone: "You're a little late." and then proceeded to tell me 10 months. News Flash - The customer is always on time. Your business just lost $10K. :D
