Called and unfortunately dealt with a rude and flippant attitude from whoever answered the phone, I believe her name was Marion. Gave me the feeling that I was wasting her time, kept cutting me off and trying to pass me off to someone else, rather than handling my call in a professional manner with proper phone etiquette. I will never do business with them, even though they have (I hear) top-notch electricians on staff, as well as a detail-oriented, professional owner.
