Had a frustrating issue with my BMW suv pulling to the left for over a year. Spent thousands at other places on alignments and no one could fix it. And so with a-bit of research, I found Mainalign Suspension through their reviews and thought I’d give them a go. Spoke to Ali and explained my issue who was superb and got me booked in. Not long after dropping it off, Fernando gave me a call and straight away figured out it wasn’t the alignment but offset bushes needed to be installed to fix the issue. Thank you Team Mainalign. From the admin side to the repairs of the suspension on my 2006 Tarago, the team have made the process smooth. Tracy was excellent with the communication, to Fernando and Ali, making the ride of the van 100%. They are honest and respectful. They did not charge for parts that weren't put on the van and cleaned the van too😁. Very friendly and professional service. Blessings to the Mainalign team🙏👍🚐
Amazing service, amazing people. Brang my car in with knocking sound to suspension/ steering. Tracey was lovely to book me in so soon as l was concerned about the noise.
